Alex Mulder

Alex Mulder (1946) serves as Chairman of the Executive Board of Amerborgh International. In 1972, he founded the temporary employment agency Unique. Through the acquisition of, inter alia, Goudsmit, Start, Content and Creyf’s, Unique developed into the listed company USG People. Nearly 35 years after its founding, he stepped down as Chief Executive Officer and, until its acquisition by the Japanese RGF Staffing in 2016, served as a member of the Supervisory Board. Following his departure as Chief Executive Officer of USG People, he founded Amerborgh International. In 2026, he transferred his role as Chief Executive Officer of Amerborgh to Edgar Mulder and has since remained involved as Chairman, focusing on the strategic direction and continued development of the organisation.

Edgar Mulder

Edgar Mulder (1972) has been a member of the Executive Board of Amerborgh International since 2012 and was appointed Chief Executive Officer in 2026. During his studies in Political Science, he joined Unique International in 1995, where he was involved in, inter alia, location strategy and the development of the company’s head office. From his departure there until 2012, he operated as an independent professional, working on a broad range of real estate projects for various clients. Within Amerborgh International, he has held responsibility for investments, real estate, and property development. Since his appointment in 2026, he has served as Chief Executive Officer of Amerborgh International N.V.

Loes Dingemans

Loes Dingemans

Loes Dingemans (1969) has been a member of the Executive Board of Amerborgh International since 2026, serving as Chief Operating Officer. She commenced her career at a young age with Unique Uitzendburo, where she progressed rapidly from district and area manager to Managing Director. In this capacity, she played a key role in transforming the organisation into a full-service HR services provider. In 2018, she was appointed Chief Executive Officer of Pillows Hotels, part of the Amerborgh Group, where she developed a distinctive and successful collection of boutique hotels across the Netherlands and Belgium.

Marijn van der Wal

Marijn van der Wal

Marijn van der Wal RA (1986) joined Amerborgh International in 2019 as Finance Director and has served as Chief Financial Officer since July 2021. He holds a degree in Business Economics from the University of Amsterdam. Following traineeships at KPMG, he spent several years at both KPMG and Deloitte Accountants. He subsequently continued his career at iBOOD (part of Media-Saturn Holding) as Finance Director.

Suzan Kleijn

Suzan Kleijn

Suzan Kleijn (1965) has been a member of the Executive Board of Amerborgh International since 2007, serving as Chief Creative Officer. Prior to this, she held various positions at USG People, including her final four years as Corporate Director, Corporate Identity. In this role, she was responsible for, inter alia, the organisation’s art policy, as well as the development and implementation of corporate identity following the rebranding of USG People’s portfolio of brands. As Chief Creative Officer, she is ultimately responsible for safeguarding a consistent visual identity—including interior concepts—across the various Amerborgh entities.
